At Abhinn | Dentistry, we do not follow but set the trend while dealing with hygiene and safety. Our 6 step sterilisation process ensures there is not even an iota of doubt about contamination free workplace and sterile instruments.
Our state of the art 6 step process –
1. Mechanical Agitation – Instruments are cleaned mechanically by brush to remove macro debris.
2. 1st stage Heat sterilisation – They are then dipped in boiling water for 5 minutesas a first step in sterilisation.
3. Chemical Sterilisation – We then use proprietary disinfectants containing Glutaraldehyde to soak the instruments for 20 minutes as a part of the 3rd step
4. Ultrasonic Agitation – Instruments are then moved into ultrasonic cleaner to remove Micro debris and any residual chemicals
5. Autoclave – instruments are then sealed into sterilisation pouches and placed into the State of Art Class – B autoclave chamber where they are sterilised at 124 degrees for 20 minutes, while the entire autoclave cycle runs for 128 minutes.
6. UV Sterilisation – Sterilised instruments from the autoclave are then kept in UV Chamber for continuous sterilisation. 

Sterilisation helps to kill the bacteria and ensures that  there is no bacterial infection in any patient due to unclean instruments. This process exceeds the specifications and guidelines recommended for sterilisation but at Abhinn | Dentistry, we take the health of our patients as our topmost PRIORITY.
